Kinda disappointed with the quality of flowers. Some of the flowers doesn’t seem to look fresh. Could have done more QC before sending this out to receiver.

Friendly and efficient customer service Whatsapp, and they took note of my every request carefully. Im very happy, my flowers were absolutely beautiful.
