Why Medium & Large come in a holder
Every Medium and Large bouquet is arranged in wet floral foam inside a stand-up holder. Your flowers are drinking water the whole way from our studio to your recipient, so they arrive fresh and stay fresh longer, even in KL heat. The bouquet stands upright on its own and keeps its full, perfect shape, and your recipient doesn't need a vase.
Caring for it: pour a little water into the holder once a day to keep the foam moist. Keep it away from direct sun and air-con vents.
Prefer long stems for a vase? WhatsApp us before you order and we'll prepare your bouquet with long stems.

I am writing to provide feedback on a recent delivery, which led to my 4-star review. While I appreciate the challenges of peak days like 12/12/2025 and adverse weather, the delivery execution was disappointing.
The issue was not the schedule, but the delivery person’s manner and actions:
Incorrect Address Assumption: The agent insisted I had provided a wrong address, despite my information being correct.
Abandonment of Delivery: Consequently, they chose to leave the floral arrangement at an incorrect location. I am unsure if a thorough search was conducted or if the late hour led to this decision.
Inconvenience & Risk: This required me to drive to the area to locate the flowers myself. Fortunately, they were still at the mentioned spot.
I have always had perfect deliveries with you in the past and believe this is an isolated incident. I truly hope this feedback can be used to review training or protocols to prevent such situations and ensure future customers don’t experience similar disappointment.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
