The issue was not the schedule, but the delivery person's manner and actions: Incorrect Address Assumption: The agent insisted I had provided a wrong address, despite my information being correct. Abandonment of Delivery: Consequently, they chose to leave the floral arrangement at an incorrect location. I am unsure if a thorough search was conducted or if the late hour led to this decision. Inconvenience & Risk: This required me to drive to the area to locate the flowers myself. Fortunately, they were still at the mentioned spot. I have always had perfect deliveries with you in the past and believe this is an isolated incident. I truly hope this feedback can be used to review training or protocols to prevent such situations and ensure future customers don't experience similar disappointment.
